Transportation FAQs

What airport is better to fly in to San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR)?

The total travel time is 4 – 5 hours. 1 1/2 – 2 hours from the airport to the ferry, 1 1/2 hour on the ferry and 1 hour from Paquera (where the ferry lands) to Montezuma. to take is via the inside of the peninsula, not via the ferry.
